Cucumber-kiwi sorbets, Ispahan rose-raspberry-letchi, Méditerranéo toasted almonds with fig marbling and walnut-sesame-pistachio-peanut inclusion, Carole and Christophe Alloun offer some thirty original flavors, often vegan, made with oat milk and ingredients straight from Italy. From classic ice creams such as cookie, yoghurt and salted butter caramel treats, to innovative creations born of the pastry chef's inventiveness with seasonal fruit and boundless inspiration. In the shade of the terrace in summer, or in the pretty water-green room, brightly lit in winter, you can sample the pleasures of a delicious ice cream, in a cone, or why not on a homemade crepe or waffle to vary the sweet pleasures. Established since July 2024 in the Notre-Dame-du-Mont district, near Marseille's old port, the ice-cream makers and patissiers brighten up your taste buds with homemade treats that only they know the secret to.
