Carryout How can a sincere charcutier stand out in a small town of 5000 inhabitants? By adhering to the Qualichef label, which, as its name suggests, is a guarantee of quality for any self-respecting chef. And it's working for Vianney Carré, a trained chef who has been in business for 25 years, offering homemade compositions. Terrines, blood sausages, hams, ready-made meals... everything is homemade... with the exception of dry products. The salmon is smoked on the premises, and customers have recognized their chef.
