Château la Grave in AOC Fronsac was bought by Paul Barre in 1999. The entire vineyard has been cultivated biodynamically since 1990. Paul's son Gabriel and his wife Edith, who have been the estate's craftsmen since 2016, pamper their 8ha of vines, which are carefully ploughed with a horse. A logical practice, but unusual enough in the Bordeaux region to merit a mention!
