Breeding Vincent Thébault has revived the Breton pie noir cow. With his fifteen cows, he produces natural milk using biodynamic principles, feeding the animals only organic produce from his own farm. He produces fresh cheeses, milk, butter and traditional yoghurts. Products are sold directly from the farm on Mondays and Fridays, at the end of the day.
