Chocolate factory
This is one of Pau's must-visit chocolate houses, run by MOF 2023 Xavier Berger. The chef has developed a range of chocolates in a variety of original flavors, including bergamot, cointreau and sunflower, all presented in attractive gift boxes. Chocolate sticks, cookies and bars are also available in the boutique.
