It's one of the prefecture's top references, as competent in pastries as it is in chocolates. Situated below the old town, not far from the Place du Breuil, Yann Sabot has a beautiful wooded, contemporary-inspired space where his creations meet with great success. We recommend the entremets, the famous jupiter or the framboisier, the chocolates, with twenty-three options, and the tablettes.
