Outstanding Hotel
In the heart of the Old Port, the Amista opened its doors in 2025 in the former Hôtel Saint-Louis, a Haussmann-style building whose facade—adorned with lion heads, gargoyles, and wrought-iron balconies—certainly stands out. Inside, Dorothée Delaye has created an urban design for the 24 rooms, where locally sourced polished concrete blends with ceramics from Salernes and ochre accents inspired by the limestone cliffs of the Calanques. At the Louison restaurant, the chef presents a Mediterranean fusion menu served from morning to night, featuring produce from the Noailles market just 300 meters away.
