There is something defiant and exhilarating about this rebirth. Closed in 2022 after hosting Les Chaussettes Noires, Téléphone, and Pete Doherty, the legendary club on Rue Fontaine has been reborn as a 35-room boutique hotel designed by Studio KO. Exposed ceilings, cork walls, and soft lighting: the venue’s rock-and-roll DNA has been preserved with almost archaeological precision. The Magic Rock suite (80 m²), designed to accommodate visiting artists, is the highlight. A 400-seat concert hall and a restaurant featuring a menu created by chef Valentin Raffali, both integrated into the hotel, make the Bus Palladium a vibrant hub at the intersection of luxury hospitality and the alternative music scene.
