First and foremost, we chose this lovely spot for its location, right in the heart of the Côtes de Nuits vineyards. Once there, you’ll enjoy the charm of this former 17th-century wine press, converted into a hotel with the feel of a family home, featuring just eight rooms, decorated in a contemporary style (with Pierre Paulin furniture), some of which open onto the vineyards and the pool. Deeply rooted in its winemaking heritage, the property also offers a delightful bistronomic dining experience and a wine bar with a cellar housing 1,600 bottles. Located between Dijon and Beaune and just 4 km from the village of Gevrey-Chambertin, this establishment holds the Teritoria certification.
