Prestige Hotel
The site is undoubtedly one of the finest wine estates in the region, but it is also a pioneer in the field of rehabilitation, having brought the former Bélesta cooperative cellar back to life. The space that once housed the village's grape harvest has become a wine cellar, but above all an ecolodge with an audacious architecture: the 18 rooms and suites have been imagined in the immense concrete wine vats dating from 1925. Some of the rooms are built on top of the vats and decorated with colonial furniture and warm tones. Others, even more spectacular, take place inside the vats themselves, with immaculate white walls and midnight-blue ceilings, offering a sensation of total disconnection. Two locavore restaurants led by chefs Dennys Teixeira and Mike Lleres, a natural swimming pool filtered by plants, a spa and four self-catering cottages in the grounds of Belesta Castle complete the offer of this address with its seductive slowlife concept.
