In Saint-Denis, the iconic Pleyel Tower—the first hotel tower completed in France in fifty years—houses a four-star hotel with panoramic views and a vertical vision. Standing 40 stories tall, the H4 Hotel Wyndham Paris Pleyel Resort, which opened in July 2024—four days before the start of the Olympic Games—offers a 360° view of all of Paris from a pool and a skybar perched more than 130 meters above the ground. This transformation, led by Axel Schoenert Architectes, has turned a former office building into a contemporary hospitality destination that is both monumental and welcoming. The 697 rooms and suites (ranging from 21 m² to 129 m² for the Presidential Suite on the 37th floor) offer panoramic views of Paris and the Île-de-France region. Four restaurants—including Le Pleyel Restaurant, which is open to the public—two bars, a 24-hour fitness center, a wellness area, and a massive 10,000 m² convention center that can accommodate up to 2,600 people round out the offerings. This glass-encased structure, situated at the foot of the Stade de France, has already established itself as an unmissable landmark of Greater Paris.
