Recently renovated in the Second Empire style, this charming hotel features chic décor that blends monumental frescoes, black-and-white marble, display cases filled with historical artifacts, and framed Hermès scarves. Upstairs, the 57 rooms and suites feature luxurious fabrics, thick carpets, and Napoleonic details without feeling like a cheap imitation. At the restaurant, guests can enjoy generous, inspired cuisine served with a view of the tree-lined garden. As for the spa, it offers a soothing retreat, complete with a 15-meter pool, sauna, hammam, and Cinq Mondes treatment rooms. A large-scale reproduction of a love letter to Joséphine adorns one of the walls of the indoor pool. A refuge in Fontainebleau where romance is lived to the fullest.
