Gault&Millau's review2025
Located between Rue Montmartre and Rue Montorgueil, this building was originally a hotel frequented by the neighborhood’s prominent figures before being converted into a renowned clinic. In 2015, Samy Marciano, the new owner, finally restored this quintessentially Parisian residence to its former glory… Behind its carefully restored cut-stone façade lies a charming retreat. The interior design was orchestrated by Dorothée Meilichzon, who added a unique twist to curves, colors, and graphic patterns. From the moment you enter, the Carrara marble floor, the wood paneling, and the mirrors inspired by the Hall of Mirrors at Versailles set the tone. The same refinement permeates the 49 rooms, with their understated luxury, and the Bachaumont restaurant, which serves modern fusion cuisine, boldly blending Mediterranean, Asian, and Parisian influences.
