Nestled in a park filled with flowerbeds and meticulously trimmed boxwood hedges, this building—constructed in the 1930s by Baron Eugène Fould-Springer—is owned by Valérie and Pierre-Éric Rémoleux, who have restored it with great flair. Now part of the Living Hotels Collection group, the property features 18 rooms and suites that blend historic charm (beautiful wood paneling, four-poster beds) with designer furnishings, offering stunning views of the park or the city walls. Dining is provided at Origines Bistrot by Chef Thomas Pecriaux, as well as at Le Boudoir during tea time, to be enjoyed in a setting designed by fashion designer Christian Lacroix.
