Located on Rue des Martyrs in the 9th arrondissement, this unique hotel is entirely dedicated to wellness and yoga—HOY stands for “House of Yoga,” and also means “today” in Spanish. Founded by Charlotte Gomez de Orozco, a Franco-Mexican hotelier and yoga instructor, the hotel features a heated studio illuminated by infrared light, where classes are taught using the Yuj method. Designed in the same spirit, the 21 eco-friendly rooms exude a peaceful atmosphere, featuring clean-lined furniture, water purified with Japanese binchotan charcoal, and French organic beauty products. A warm and serene retreat, it also features the remarkable plant-based restaurant Mesa de Hoy, whose menu—with its Latin American influences—celebrates the founder’s Mexican roots. The final touch is a florist shop at the entrance—La Floreria—which lends the place a wonderfully inspired, bucolic feel.
