Gault&Millau's review2025
It's one of the addresses that made the capital's heyday. Ideally located in the center of the golden triangle (rue Saint-Honoré, rue Cambon, place de la Madeleine), Le Burgundy has been welcoming travelers from all over the world since 1850, seduced by the discreet refinement of the premises. Extensively restored in 2010, the hotel's contemporary elegance has lost none of its charm, with its Art Deco spirit and sumptuous marble sculptures by Guy de Rougemont in the lobby. It now boasts a Sothys spa with a 15 m long swimming pool, a delightful tree-lined patio and 59 rooms and suites offering subtle modern comforts. All of which make it a rare haven in which to stay, have a drink at the Le Charles bar or sample the exquisite cuisine of Le Baudelaire, led by chef Anthony Denon.
