Just a stone’s throw from the Grands Boulevards, Adrien Gloaguen opened this hotel in 2016 (following the Bienvenue and Paradis hotels), driven by the same vision as always: to create spaces that are chic, intimate, and affordable. The hotel features 40 rooms and suites spread across seven floors, redesigned by interior designer Dorothée Meilichzon, who drew inspiration from New York’s Flatiron Building to bring new life to this late-19th-century corner building. Wicker headboards, globe-shaped light fixtures serving as wall sconces, and geometric patterns in the rooms exude a skillfully reimagined Art Nouveau style. At the restaurant Liza Panache—whose open kitchen overlooks the vibrant Grands Boulevards district and is helmed by Chef Jean Fares, trained at Liza Beirut—the menu features a vibrant Lebanese cuisine deeply rooted in its heritage: yuzu-infused yellowtail crudo, kebbé mechwiyé, ossmalié-style shrimp, confit lamb tacos, and chocolate-zaatar mousse for dessert. A place full of character where evenings often stretch well into the night.
