Located across from Serge Gainsbourg’s house, on a quiet little street in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, this charming hotel has been transformed by its owner, Nicolas Nonon, who commissioned architect Isabelle Stanislas to restore the property’s original elegant atmosphere. The 26 rooms feature understated and refined décor, with very contemporary walnut furniture contrasting with the stone vaults and exposed beams of the historic building, in the Cosy (12–13 m²), Classic (16–17 m²), and Deluxe (21–23 m²). On the ground floor, the living room—warmed by a fireplace and adorned with large bookcases—is the perfect place to unwind, while you savor a cup of tea or a cocktail and admire the works of art adorning the walls—including a neon piece by Claude Lévêque titled “Regarde les rire,” from Nicolas Nonon’s personal collection. A place designed to feel like a family home: discreet, warm, and arty.
