Exceptional Hotel
Located on the edge of the Champ-de-Mars park, this venue—which opened in 2021—has already established itself as a must-visit destination during a stay in Colmar. The decidedly contemporary architecture pays homage to the city’s native son, sculptor Auguste Bartholdi, creator of the Statue of Liberty. You’ll be immediately struck by the building’s sumptuous metal façade, whose shades of green echo the park’s foliage. The best is yet to come: the undulating copper sculpture that houses the reception area, reminiscent of the base of the New York statue, and the impressive mask bearing his likeness that overlooks the space. The hotel offers 62 rooms and suites (as well as three penthouse-style apartments) with a seamless, flowing design. This taste for minimalist design is also evident in the K Bar and the 500-square-meter Olivier Claire spa, featuring a sauna, steam room, treatment rooms, and a pool. A member of the MGallery collection, it is one of the most beautiful hotels in Alsace.
