This Belle Époque villa, built in 1881 by architect Pierre Chapoulart and once the residence of Dr. Jules-Eugène Lagrange, now overlooks the French Riviera from its hilltop location in Boulouris, just a short walk from Saint-Raphaël. Nestled behind tall crenellated walls, La Villa Mauresque owes its uniqueness to its meticulously restored Moorish architecture: original zellige tiles, arcades, and patios, complemented by custom-made contemporary furnishings that harmonize with the spirit of the place. Its 22 rooms and suites—some featuring private Jacuzzis with ocean views—overlook a Mediterranean garden where century-old palm trees and rare plant species surround a pool overlooking the Estérel.
