A 2022 finalist for the Villégiature Grand Prix for Best Spa & Wellness Hotel in the World, this retreat is, as you might guess, largely dedicated to rejuvenation. This is evident in the remarkable spa, which features two pools (outdoor and indoor), a hot tub, a sauna, a fitness center, and an extensive treatment menu (ranging from one-hour sessions to full-day wellness programs). After these experiences of pure relaxation, all that’s left is to settle into one of the 33 rooms and suites, which feature contemporary elegance (light wood, fluid lines, and spacious interiors), some of which open onto small terraces overlooking the pool, with the trees of the nearby forest as a backdrop. Last but not least, La Table du 6717 and Le Garden restaurant offer delicious regional cuisine crafted by the duo Audrey Stippich and Régis Dell, with an eco-friendly approach that prioritizes short supply chains and local producers.
