Proudly overlooking Lake Gérardmer, this 19th-century manor tells the elegant story of the Vosges resort, when the bourgeoisie came to seek cool air and nature in this alpine setting. Carefully restored, the hotel has preserved its historic charm while offering contemporary comfort. Its 18 rooms and suites, spread between the Manoir and the Villa des Grands Bois, are bathed in light, adorned with fine materials, and—in some cases—offer magnificent views of the lake. The spa, featuring a pool, hammam, and sauna, extends the sense of tranquility conveyed by the gardens. At dinner, Chef Quentin Renollaud presents a unique four- or five-course menu at La Table du Manoir, where the elegance of the dishes rivals the beauty of the panorama.
