Most open onto the garden and its lush terrace, where, as soon as the warm weather arrives, guests can enjoy the cuisine of the Anne restaurant—named after Anne of Austria, Queen of France and wife of Louis XIII, who once lived here—now led by Chef Thibault Sombardier, supported by Executive Chef Matthieu Pirola, who offers gourmet cuisine that is precise and elegant, constantly evolving with the seasons and the freshest ingredients.
