In the 17th arrondissement, just a stone’s throw from the Porte de Clichy station (Line 14), Zoku Paris is shaking up the hotel industry with its hybrid concept, which originated in Amsterdam in 2016. Designed for business travelers, digital nomads, and local residents, the property brings together—across eight floors, including a spectacular rooftop—coworking spaces, a communal lounge, the Kindred Spirits Bar, and The Living Kitchen restaurant, open to everyone seven days a week, whose seasonal European cuisine draws on local produce and international influences. On the terrace, a vegetable garden supplies the restaurant with fresh produce. On the hospitality side, the venue is just as forward-thinking. Gone are the traditional rooms; in their place are small lofts with a living room, workspace, kitchen, and king-size beds on a mezzanine. Zoku’s mission is to combat the loneliness of business travel by organizing monthly community dinners and creating more opportunities to interact with locals. Since its opening in April 2023, the venue has been a huge hit.
