Philippe Etchebest launches his street-food ravioli at mini prices!
At the beginning of April 2026, a flamboyantly colored kiosk was set up on the forecourt of Bordeaux railway station... And this ephemeral address was designed by Philippe Etchebest!
Once again, Philippe Etchebest offers gourmets the chance to try out his cuisine on the go! With his new " Signature " kiosk, once again dedicated to raviole, the chef offers wanderers a gourmet break.
A new ephemeral spot for the chef's signature raviole
The MOF chef's unmissable raviole has a new address: the parvis Domercq at Bordeaux railway station. A meeting point for travelers, locals and gourmets alike. Installed since September 2024 in Bordeaux's allée des Tourny, the chef's ravioli counter also made headlines in October 2025, when it set up shop in Paris for a month. With this pop-up: " The idea is to offer quality cuisine accessible to all, in a landmark location ".
A winning concept
The concept remains unchanged: to make an emblematic chef's dish affordable. It's now possible to try Chef Etchebest's top-of-the-range cuisine in a more street-food format. The takeaway-only formula is ideal for gourmets on the move, catching the train or simply strolling around Bordeaux's train station. " On the spot, takeaway, delivery or on the train, any way is good to enjoy our ravioles," the group said on Instagram.
From sweet to savory: an accessible formula
At the kiosk, which will be open from April 3 to September 30, 2026 at Bordeaux Saint-Jean station, raviole can be savory or sweet! On the savoury side, there's something for everyone: vegetarian, ham and cheese, foie gras or the raviole of the moment: paella, with a small salad or soup and bread on the side. Sweet treats include chocolate, lemon meringue or the raviole of the moment with speculos. Different formulas are available, from €8.50 for a gourmet formula (dessert raviole and hot drink) to €19.50 for the Signature formula (savory raviole, side dish and sweet raviole).
To guarantee quality and freshness, all raviole recipes are prepared in advance in a culinary laboratory in Le Bouscat, before being finalized on site at the pop-up.
