With a degree in anthropology, then in journalism (from the Institut français de journalisme - Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas), I have collaborated with several media such as Cuisine et Vins de France, Le Journal des Femmes Cuisine, Gault & Millau, Marmiton, L'Hôtellerie Restauration and EnVols.
