On the banks of the Seine in the 16th arrondissement, a chic meeting place for years. Jérôme Gangneux's menu, which he's been cooking up for twenty years, includes most of the latest trends for a clientele that expects cuisine that's both trendy and traditional: raw tuna in sesame tataki, risotto with white truffle aromas, octopus plancha "back from Cambodia", veal chop in turmeric breadcrumbs, hazelnuts and grilled Parmesan cheese. Add Martine Dubois' cheeses and "Maman Micheline's" rice pudding, and everyone's happy. Lunch menu €45.
