On the edge of town and at the foot of Sainte-Victoire, an original Japanese restaurant with a top-notch chef, offering his version of the classics in the scent of Cézanne's Provence. Bentos at lunchtime, sushi and sashimi, maki and california, salmon teriyaki, chicken yakitori, with original touches such as soft shell and azuki-based sweets.
