One of the best restaurants near Bercy, where you can treat yourself to dishes from the chalkboard menu without ever settling for the easy option. Chef Adrien Capiez creates a sophisticated and compelling bistronomic experience here—ideal for every season and evolving with intuition. This time, the sea bream ceviche with Thai basil, purple shiso, mango, Granny Smith apple, and lime; grilled jumbo shrimp with creamy Arborio risotto, a shellfish emulsion with citrus and basil pesto, a beef cheek confit for seven hours with mushrooms and Poivrade artichokes, gnocchi with truffle-infused mascarpone, and a strawberry pavlova. Excellent service.
