A fine traditional inn in the heart of the Morvan region, a convivial restaurant that doesn't deny its terroir, but instead enhances it with effort and regularity. A wide range of menus to savor in this rustic atmosphere full of character: snail puff pastry, pike-perch cookie, duck foie gras, guinea fowl legolette stuffed with morel mushroom juice, not forgetting the traditional dessert platter. Extensive cellar, regular tasting evenings.
