Gourmet Restaurant
This charming, upscale inn on the banks of the Sélune has definite potential, especially since Chef Shoro Ito took the helm five years ago. Blending Normandy’s local flavors with his Japanese heritage and experience at top-tier restaurants (Loiseau, Marcon), he offers an appealing menu that changes with the seasons: marinated tuna with peas and shiitake mushrooms, sea bass with gnocchi and miso broth, veal with Darphin potatoes and hazelnut sauce—all part of a set menu with no à la carte options, but an attractive option at €65, rounded out by a chocolate, hazelnut, mango, and passion fruit dessert.
