It’s almost like a garden in the city, with this flower-filled terrace right on the water’s edge, where the locals of Pontépiscope gather among regulars. The restaurant’s charm isn’t everything— the cuisine also lives up to its promise, with modern bistro-style dishes: a reimagined deviled egg, redfish fillet with a vegetable purée, rice flavored with basil and fresh tomatoes, grilled andouillette, and a thin apricot tart.
