It's a lovely Landes-style house in the heart of the Sabraise region, where you can discover regional cuisine in a calm, natural setting. The dishes are of a high standard, with a cleverly revisited tradition: langoustine ravioli with porcini mushrooms and shellfish sauce, a back of sea bass grilled on the skin, creamy spelt risotto perfumed with vegetable matignon, a stuffed squab, simple jus and crown of glazed vegetables, tourtière with Armagnac.
