The stunning abbey right across the street, a distinctly Norman-style inn, and Christophe Mauduit’s consistent work over the past fifteen years—all of this is sure to whet your appetite. Over time, the chef has refined his vision by focusing on local ingredients prepared with precision: snails from a local farm, squash from the garden, and nasturtium; scallops with verbena from the garden; and Normandy beef with hay-infused jus. The four-course menu, priced at €53, offers a delightful journey through the menu.
