Behind a drab facade is a modern dining room with a yellow ceiling. Jean-Claude Cahagnet has rediscovered a certain serenity in his kitchen, offering fairly modern dishes based on good produce. There are three menu options to discover his dishes: customer's choice, in confidence (the chef does what he wants) and tasting menu. To start: langoustines, veal, daikon in a merguez decoction, followed by sole gratinée with comté cheese, caramelized fennel and Tio-pépé velouté, a beautiful ensemble, and for dessert a square of chocolate garnished with blackcurrants, cardamom ice cream. For connoisseurs, the chef offers mature meats. All-region wine list, including some organic wines, to suit all budgets.
