With its friendly atmosphere and gourmet cuisine, the place cultivates the soul of those welcoming village inns. Mikaël Rey, butcher, butcher and caterer, took over the business with his family: Nathalie, his mother, Jean-Philippe, his father and Antonia, his partner. Together, they maintain the warmth and pleasure of a cuisine that gives pride of place to local produce: bread from the village baker next door, vegetables from the neighboring market gardener... Traditional dishes, homemade charcuterie, a buffet of starters and classic desserts are all on offer. The Auberge du Col also invites your taste buds on a journey: Nathalie offers recipes from around the world with delicious flavours from elsewhere, while on Tuesday and Saturday evenings, home-made pizzas are on the menu, either to eat in or take away. The drinks menu features a selection of French wines and spirits to suit all tastes! The family is also on hand to cater for your banquets, with two catering rooms for 15 and 35 people, or delivery to your reception site.
