Chef's Restaurant
Featuring almost exclusively regional products, an eco-friendly approach, and a commitment to his region, Florent Ladeyn’s Bloempot is a model for other cities across France to follow. Just as he does at his family’s restaurant in Boeschepe, the chef draws inspiration from his local area while showcasing its best qualities. For the past twelve years in Lille, he has been crafting gourmet cuisine in a relaxed, unpretentious tavern-like atmosphere, offering a unique culinary experience every day. The hidden menu—which, admittedly, we’d love to be more transparent—offers a medley of Ch’ti specialties that’s certainly worth the effort of seeking refuge there.
