The charm of a beautiful old house, with a small terrace conveniently located on the threshold of Place Saint-Projet. The main menu is a seven-course affair (with appetizers and digestif), but you can build up your favorite sequence thanks to an eloquent menu of piano work, in personal compositions supported by a very solid technique: oysters lutées in puff pastry cream of lard guanciale vegetable oyster, poultry contisée with sage cannelloni of leg confit with pumpkin sea urchin sauce, pavlova exotic fruits. A good introduction with the Découverte menu at €45.
