The trend of sticking Post-it notes on the storefront as a menu guide—adding to all the previous ones in a colorful patchwork—has remained a signature of this lively, youthful, and bustling spot, which we recognized last year. In this delightful vein, there are genuine ideas for creating generous, hearty meals, served with care and kindness: cabbage stuffed with breuil, leeks confit with sheep’s milk cheese, raw horse mackerel with ginger-marinated vegetables, marinated pollock with soubise, vin de voile, and peas… We finish on a cheerful note with polenta cake, strawberry compote, and Breuil, and enjoy our drinks just as much.
