A magnificent wine estate in the Languedoc region, located just a stone’s throw from the Canal du Midi. Accommodations, vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see, and above all, what interests us most: a restaurant. A menu with reasonable prices—one that could benefit from being slightly streamlined but remains appealing nonetheless: tomato tartare, stracciatella-style burrata, basil-infused tomato water, pistachio pesto… beef meatballs with summer truffles, potato mille-feuille with oregano, eggplant condiment, glazed sauce… The figs for dessert are a highlight—infused with red wine, served with a crisp tuile, vanilla mousse, wine juice, and figs glazed with olive oil… A lovely selection of regional wines, including the estate’s own vintages worth discovering.
