In place of Les Petits Princes, Colette (a contraction of Nicole and Josette, the first names of owner Benjamin Menut's grandmothers), opened in autumn 2025 in this off-center residential area. Colette brings to Suresnes a bistro offer that was hard to find. All the great classics of home cooking are on offer, from egg mayonnaise with strong mustard to Madagascar vanilla millefeuille, not forgetting chicken à la Normande, beef tartare or chuck steak bourguignon style, garnished with grandma's stuffing.
