Barrière signature for this Riviera version of Ciro's, the counterpart to deauville's platters. In the sumptuous setting of the Majestic, a certain idea of the chic seafood brasserie, whole fish and bouillabaisse after Prunier caviar or Gillardeau. It's well thought-out and appealing, and this distinguished table is a natural fit. Or keep it simple with grilled octopus and mussel conchiglie for under €50.
