Gourmet Restaurant
A breath of fresh air on Rue d’Astorg with this restaurant featuring a fine wine cellar and classics thoughtfully reimagined by Chef Geoffroy Bret, who is well-versed in the craft after stints at Auberge Bressane and Les Crus de Bourgogne. Together with Juliette Lambert, his sommelier partner, tradition flows smoothly in a setting revitalized in the old-fashioned style, featuring egg with mayonnaise, Roman-style artichokes, the timeless stuffed cabbage, veal sweetbread vol-au-vent, ravioli gratin, and kidneys à la dijonnaise.
