A new owner with a similar goal that has largely been achieved: high-quality trattoria cuisine—chic without being luxurious—designed to appeal to the neighborhood while setting itself apart from the local pizzerias: vitello tonnato, a charcuterie platter, linguine cacio e pepe, tagliatelle with bottarga, piccata al limone, Milanese veal cutlet… Classic desserts like panna cotta and tiramisu, along with wines from Italy.
