With the same quality as in Rennes (the parent company) or Bordeaux, the “plus” galette concept is happily catching on, complete with the fun twist of names featuring “Georges” or “George.” The “George Clooney” features Sainte-Maure cheese, spinach, tomatoes, sorbet, and cucumber; the “Georges Lautnet” features scallops and andouille sausage from Guéméné; the “Giorgio Armani” features pan-seared foie gras and duck breast… with six varieties of cider to pair with them.
