The retro-’60s ambiance of this old-fashioned boutique is very inviting, enhanced by a menu that’s very much in keeping with the era, featuring simple yet well-thought-out combinations with a Japanese influence: Japanese-style potato salad with herring and egg, grilled salmon with white rice, green beans, daikon, and house-made ponzu; porchetta with pilaf rice, pak choi, and salsa verde; white tofu pudding with apricot kernels and rhubarb—all for an excellent value lunch menu at €29. The dinner menu is more extensive, in the same vein. One more point.
