Isabelle Portugal and Laëtitia Uguen (ex-Globulle rouge) keep one of the neighborhood's most cheerful addresses alive, with Isa's ever-warm welcome, good selections by the glass and fresh market cuisine. It's a bistro in tune with the times that doesn't cheat, delivering convincing plates of fresh produce and good technique, to be discovered at the bend of a velouté and tempura corn, pan-fried red mullet, roasted sweet potatoes and wild garlic pesto, duck breast, sweet potatoes and sweet and sour sauce, honey cream and ribot milk espuma. Organic and nature-oriented cellar.
