Gourmet Restaurant
The timeless Parisian seafood brasserie that’s a must-visit, of course, and a great place to recharge your batteries every now and then. The menu is well-established; you’ll enjoy oysters from the most prestigious producers (Cadoret, Hervé, Madec, Gillardeau…, the beautiful platters, the large cuts of the day’s catch to share, line-caught sea bass or grilled sea bream, and the classic dishes—cod aioli or sole meunière, John Dory with French-style peas, or lobster gratin… The high prices have tended to level off a bit, which is good news.
