Quiet days in Paris, enjoying a vacation at this beautiful hotel in the Golden Triangle. No need for an evening gown for the healthy lunch menu; a bit more formality in the evening, with a touch of refined simplicity, featuring gazpacho, carpaccio, raw sea bream with pomegranate and smoked chipotle, cod with asparagus in beurre blanc and cream of pea soup, and Basque cheesecake with red berries and strawberry coulis.
