A great spot for a meal with friends at the Ledru-Rollin restaurant, where you can dine in the sunshine with Mickaël Bui. The chef draws inspiration from the Mediterranean repertoire, serving up seasonal dishes that are spot on. For lunch: heirloom tomato gazpacho with lemon-infused ricotta and kasha; fresh-caught fish with ratatouille and gremolata; half a duck fillet with fennel salad and reduced sauce; and a tartlet with stewed strawberries and bitter almond diplomat cream.
