For lunch: heirloom tomato gazpacho with lemon-infused ricotta and kasha; fresh-caught fish with ratatouille and gremolata; half a duck fillet with fennel salad and reduced sauce; and a tartlet with stewed strawberries and bitter almond diplomat cream.
